3. Quality Control & Secure Delivery

Every diamond and gemstone undergoes a meticulous quality control process, ensuring it meets our stringent standards. Upon approval, your stone is securely packaged and shipped, with tracking provided for your peace of mind.

4. Custom Band Creation (Optional)

For those seeking a personalized touch, we offer custom band creation:

4a. Collaborate with our design team by sharing sketches, inspirations, or specific design elements you envision.

4b: Based on your input, we'll provide a transparent quote, ensuring clarity before proceeding. Once the quote is agreed upon, we will send you a mockup to ensure the band meets your expectations.

4c: Upon your approval, our skilled artisans will craft your custom band with precision. Once completed, it will be securely shipped to your designated address.

Please note: Due to the personalized nature of custom bands, these pieces are non-refundable.
